I know from my Google Analytics page that the search box isn’t used much (except by me when I want to refer back to something) but it’s so small and such a basically useful thing that I’m not going to kill it for the sake of two or three lines of sidebar.

Really, I should update the links page properly, but I can never get round to it. Adding things to the blogroll thing is much easier.

You can probably clean up the right sidebar a bit since you already got a dedicated Links page.

As for the left sidebar, I’d suggest getting the My Updates Elsewhere and Recent Comments formatted like the rest of the sidebar so as to take up less lines.
