Given that all religions are works of sci-fi fantasy there should be no surprise that the same themes emerge in self-confessed sci-fi fantasy stories. Personally, I don't care if he says "creation". I casually refer to God all the time. We shouldn't tiptoe around our own language for anyone. I don't really want to go into the reasons here, although I certainly do detect disturbingly religious connotations in the show. (And why, oh why, does the Doctor continually refer to the universe as "Creation"?! That, like, <i>implies</i> something.)
