It's better written than the average bit of crackpottery so i actually downloaded the free chapter on the offchance it wasn't terrible. I'm a maths student and no expert, but he bangs on about something called the Geometric Orbit Equation as though it was a profound new discovery, while it looks to me like some version of one of Kepler's laws. So he's rediscovered a pre-Newtonian purely descriptive geometric law with no explanatory power. Great. Somehow this didn't convince me to buy the book and see how he explains dark energy. However, the fact that he seems to be looking down his nose at scientific proof makes me suspect him of fraudulence.
